Whats was that stuff falling from the sky?

At this point anything help!  I know until tonight's 2 plus inches of rain so far for the month we have managed to only get .40 inches here at New Kent and Brickshire in the 19 days.  Even though the bunker are destroyed and full of water we will welcome this great rain and be thankful for it!  Kevin
